Glacier is a small online store based in the UK established in 2021 founded by me and my wife. At Glacier we are a passionate and dedicated team researching everyday in ways to make the recovery from your training workouts and everyday aches and pains go away. We pride ourselves in being the best at not just physical recovery but mental recovery also.

The journey started 4 years ago after major and great life events like having our baby and getting married, We found less time for ourselves at the start which can easily happen most families when bringing up a baby, life was getting FAST things were getting chaotic, we needed something to slow us down and gain physical and mental clarity again, and all things led to Cold Water Therapy, after literally a Week of Cold Water Dips in the sea in mountain lakes we could see the benefits straight away, We were focused again, Our energy was on a new level complete mental clarity, and feeling the best we had felt in years.

We realised the sea and lakes isn't accessible to lots of people, So this led us to the Glacier Ice Bath and a vision to help thousands more reap the rewards of cold water therapy from the comfort of their own home.
